Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the UK. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders to arrive after despatch.

If you would like to track your order, you can do so using this here. You will also receive an email containing a tracking number once your order has been despatched.

If for any reason Customs decides to hold an order until it's cleared, or add a customs charge, then this is unfortunately outside of our control, and we have no way of contacting the relevant customs authority on a customer’s behalf.

EU Customers Only - We use the IOSS scheme which means that any orders valued under €150 (excluding shipping) will not incur any additional customs fees as they will have been calculated and paid at checkout. This will ensure a hassle free and faster delivery. Any orders above this amount will be liable to incur additional customs fees.
